FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1) Why should I use a broker?

We use our buying power to negotiate competitive rates with our suppliers. However, in most cases, you could probably secure a better deal direct if you want to spend the time negotiating with their customer service team.

In order to get the very best deal, you’d have to monitor market prices daily, and we bet you don’t want to be doing that. We also check all your invoices, make sure the change of supplier goes through without hassle, all without you having to lift a finger.

Pair this with friendly staff and you not having to pay us a penny directly, and you have a mega deal on your hands!

2) How does Pro-Eco earn money?

This is where our buying power comes in. As we look after hundreds of businesses across the UK, suppliers want us to send the business their way. To do this, they have to offer us compensation (commission) and competitive rates. We make sure to negotiate the same commission no matter where your supply is sent, meaning you’ll always get the most competitive rate we can find. There is a monthly fee of £25 per site which can be cancelled at anytime.

3) Do I have to sign my soul away in order to do this?

Not at all!

You will have to sign a couple of documents in order for us to act on your behalf, but you can put a stop to it at any time. Just let us know in writing and we’ll stop looking after you. Simple.

4) What suppliers do you deal with?

It’s an ever changing and expanding list. There’ll be some suppliers you may have never heard of, those that deal only with brokers, and some of the big hitters. The thing they all have in common is that they’ve been vetted by us, and can be trusted.
